kitHAUS offers contemporary accessory and primary dwellings using lightweight MHS aluminum construction that can be site-constructed in days.

They have several models, which range from tiny to small, with studios starting at $26k. Most do not require a foundation and are fully insulated using SIP. They also offer custom work.

kitHAUS was founded in 2005 by Tom Sandonato and Martin Wehmann. Their work has been featured in Dwell and Outside.
