IT House

IT House offers three different kinds of plans: House, Cabin, and Studio.

House is their classic, larger offering for residences. Cabin is a slightly more expensive plan that stands on a steel platform that allows the home’s residents to overlook the landscape. Studio is a 200 ft², micro do-it-yourself structure.

Unlike other builders’ plans, the IT House is flat-packed and does not require a crane for construction.
